ECG report
Hi Sir/Mam, Few days back, my father has undergone ECG as a routine check up and has got the report on the same day. Please go through the below findings and let me know the details on the same. Note: Age is 67+, non smokers, controlled Blood Pressure, controlled Blood sugar, have Cholesterol but taking Ecospirin (1tab/day, after dinner) and stroke or heart attack in the past. Findings are: 1- Sinus Rhythm 2- First - degree Atrioventricular Block 3- Left Anterior Hemi Block 4- Anteroseptal Myocardial Infarction (V1, V2, V3) 5- Heart Rate: 74 6- p wave: Normal 7- p-r interval: Prolonged 8- Ors complex: LBBB pattern 9- Axis: LAD 10- QT interval: Normal 11- ST segment and T wave : Secondary phases
