Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello Dr, I had undergone surgical closure of ASDs in 2016 at Asian Heart, the surgery was performed by Dr Ramakant Panda. Since then I'm always very concerned as my heart rate triggers immediately, it spikes after climbing even 2 floors. And now since couple of days I'm having a feeling of beat skipping, earlier it was once in two days but slowing the frequency is increasing. I prefer to do 2D Echo every 6 months, i did it 10 days back Doc said it's normal. Only observation was Grade I diastolic Dysfunction. I'm very worried about this skipping beat situation as whenever that happens i go into a very different fear mode for sometimes. Need suggestions as what should I do next. I'm on Seloken XL 50 at morning daily and Telmisartan 20 for next 3 months. Please suggest as what should I do next.

My father is going have CT angiogram,his kidney function test is normal...but I am concerned as internet,it was written it is life threatening and kidney get failed and people die during this process,100 ml dye can kill the person...is it true???

My mother's age 74 y. One week later I consult with dr. Neyogi regarding my mother's pressure problem. Mother take Telma amh 40 , one/day & concorcon 2.5 mg one/day for high pressure. Now pressure is 110/70. Dr.Neyogi suggested that one Telma 20 /day is to be taken.After using Telma 20 one / day , count pressure which are listed below.                              22/09/20 =130/80                     24/09/20=140/100                       28/09/20=140/90                          29/09/20=120/90                         30/09/20=120/70                         01/10/20=120/70                          02/10/20=130/70                         03/20/20=130/80                         04/10/20=130/90                         06/10/20=130/70                          07/10/20=130/90                         09/10/20=140/80                         10/10/20=130/90                         11/10/20=130/80                        12/10/20=130/80  Same medicine will be continued. Pl. give me suggestions.

Doctor suggested to take Novastat & Razo-D tablets for cholesterol (300 mg/dl) and high HS-CRP level. I have doubt whether both the tablets will reduce the high HS-CRP level (10.50 mg/L) or not. Can anyone confirm ?

Sudden pinching pain at left side of chest , I also have had problem unable to understand whether pain is due to some heart problem or Gas , no other symptoms like shortness in breath or pain in left hand etc just frequent pinching pain at left side of chest it occurs once or twice a week

Hello sir When i place a coin in lift side of my chest... The coin is very little thumping on left side... Is it normal...othervise..and when i try to feel my heartbeat by hand i can't feel it..to if it's pounding... I also have Anxiety... Thanks..
