Cholesterol is in 220 range with Trygliseride around 400-500 range with mild fatty lever.I work with high stressful environment and fooding time is irregular.Am afraid that I will be prescribed with blood thinner which I don't want to take.Also if medicine for cholesterol is started,will that be continued for life?I have seen previously if I take home made food and do a brisk walking the reading comes down.Should I continue checking on fooding and exercising or a must visit to cardiologist or any other advise please?

From last few days my father's BP reading is coming around 185/50 - 188/44. At present he is taking Concor Plus and Tazloc 80. What can be done now? Please suggest if we need to increase the dose or change medication.

Hello doctor, I'm a recovered Covid patient for about three weeks. Symptoms I'm having is high pulse rate sometimes for which I'm taking Prolomet XL 12.5 suggested by local doctor. Recently I was asked to do ECG, Holter and Electrocardiography. Do I need to stop Prolomet for few days for doing this tests or can I continue the medicine and perform these tests? Awaiting your helpful hand. Regards.

My father has Trop T positive (Faint Evidence). What should I do next? Can it be treated with medicine.
