My bp 134 and pulse rate is 100,cholestrol is 191 and triglycerides is 239 and i am taking lipikind-f medicine and cymet er 50 is it ok???

Recent I have gone angiogram in that RCA is 100%blockage LIMA TO LDA IS 40%blockage and previous LDA is 90% and now it is100% blockage doctor advice that u can manage with medical management present iam felling shorthess of breath and I will check with oximeter it is 98 then I feel stomach pain with motion and vomiting sensation eyes rotation   I feel that next minute my life is happening something next half an hour my will be ok but no chest pain no sweat pl consider is it relates to hearth or anything

Which one is better CT ANGIOGRAPHY OR ANGIOGRAPHY. My father has history of heart blockage. Which one should be opted.

Can u interpret this ecg? So I was having random left arm and shoulder pains since evening but 2 hours ago felt weird pressure and pain in my jaw also and right arm numb... I rushed to ER but by that time pain was bit better.... They did ekg n cbc... SPO2- 96%. 21 year boy . Chest pain since 5 days. Heavy work done 5 days back. Chest pain for 2 mins again patient doest feel any pain. Same problem faced in March. At that time ECG was normal n heart rate is 75. This time same problem but heart rate is 63. No breathlessness . BP normal.local Dr prescribed Tablet Rekool--- daily one Tablet Flexon Mr -two times Tablet Lipikind 20 - daily one Tablet Mylamin -daily one For 1week course n call us for follow up. Is there serious problem in ecg. Plz reply n suggest any medicine or test . Plz reply.
