Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 24 year old obese male with 33.4 BMI. 6 months back i had a Echocardiogram and the results were depicted normal without any complications. How often one should have Echocardiogram for monitoring good heart health?

I have some personal problem. When i felt lose some one special to me my heart going to be fast beating. And having heavy breathing also. I have anxiety.. i know that... I didn't eat properly.. i didn't sleep properly... That fear can't be allowed me as normal. Now a days i felt left side chest pain. Why? What i want to do?

I am weight lifted,since 2 month when I left weight lifting,my chest feels heavy and sometime become tight,there is also tingling in muscles of chest and it feel like something pulling my chest...I did my heart test ecg,echo(MVP),tmt,holter... everything is normal???how to solve this complicated problem???it feels very uncomfortable??

I had angioplasty and stent placement 1.5 years back. Initially after that I start feeling skipping heartbeat. Although it was normal for long time. I again now have episodes of missing heartbeats which lasts 1 to 3 days. And happens in interval of 1 to 30 minutes means sometimes I feel every minute sometime in interval of 30 minutes. I am taking Concor cor 2.5 mg - 1 in morning Daplatt CV 20 - 1 in night Nexito plus 1 in night. My question is , how serious these missing heartbeats are? It only miss rythem stay same after n before

From past few days having high BP problem.BP measured 10mins back is 131/88, pulse rate is 100. need to consult for this issue

How long does an artificial valve in a mitral valve replacement patient work? Does it have any duration after which its time span would cease? What happens or what is the next step in such a patient? Does another open heart surgery is required or are there any alternatives?

May I know whether to consume one tablet or two per day Actually I forgot to ask doctor the dosage And it should be taken at what time ( morning, afternoon or night) And should be taken empty stomach or after food

Whenever I lie down in day or night my chest becomes tight and I become uncomfortable, eventually I have to sit up to feel better.

I  am dignosed  with mild mr and mvp...I am running 5 km daily and preparing for half marathon...I did my TMT everything is fine with 240 BPM maximum hr...is it ok to continue my training???mvp will effect my stamina??

I am recently joined at  gym for workouts,excersizes .During tread mill walk I feel mild chest pain . Kindly suggest
