Which drug should be given during a heart attack? My parents are suffering from hypertension though stable but still I am worrying about them. They take beta blockers as per doctor's advice but still if there is such a condition like this should I give them sorbitrate ? Basically I am talking about the life saving drugs. I am very worried after I learned sourav ganguly who is so fit himself who regularly does gym or workout suffered a heart attack at reasonably lower age.

About 2 days back, my mother's blood pressure peaked to about 240-200 for a few minutes in the middle of the night and then lowered down. The doctor has asked to conduct a 2D Echo but said everything was normal. And ECG was conducted the very next day and attached are the results of the same.
