From a last few days I am feeling an unpleasant choking pain in chest, throat, tip of head, ear It's been a while now, I don't know I should consult a normal physician or get it touch with cardiologist. I am using metosartan 25 from 9 months onwards for BP, I feeling tingling in the hands and weakness from the tablet started time and I have DNS with sinus problem and i observed smell and taste reduced to 70% from the last 9 months and i never faced this problem in the past and my triglycerides also increased to 270 in the last 1 year, i checked my complete blood tests including usg abdomen and all reports are normal, is any side effect of metosartan for smell and taste, wrt triglycerides and weakness, can I change my BP tablet, now BP is 130/90, please suggest.

I had undergone surgical closure of ASDs in Oct 2016 at Asian Heart. Since then I'm always very concerned as my heart rate triggers immediately. It spiked after climbing even 2 floors. And since couple of days I'm having a dangerous feeling of heart beat skipping, earlier it was once in two days but now the frequency has increased. I prefer to do 2d echo every 6 months, i did it a month back and Dr says it's normal. Only observation was Grade 1 diastolic Dysfunction. I'm very worried about this skipping beat situation as whenever that happens i go into a fear mode for sometime. Need suggest if this is something to worry and need further investigation. It usually happens in evening only. I'm on seloken xl 50 1 at afternoon and Telmisartan 20mg 1 at night. I'm able to walk 4.5 KM in 50 mins without any issues. Did serum potassium, serum calsium and serum magnesium test. Potassium and Calcium cake normal and Magnesium High 5+ but dr says its incorrect.

My father had bronchial artery Embolization for arteries in right lung. His right lung was damaged due to many issues earlier. He was feeling after BAE that day but next day night he was feeling dizzy, went to bathroom, couldn't pass urine and came back sat on bed, he was tired. We tried to pull him back a little to help him lie down, during this time he experienced cough, blood vomited with heart failure. So question is, does this pull to help him lie down contributed to above heart failure?

Hello doctors I am facing chronic anxiety issue from covid lockdowns with shortness of breathe and improper sleep.I did various test Hemoglobin sugar tsh cbc ecg on june 2020. Everything was normal. Ecg detected Sinus arrhythmia. But still I am facing palpitations extreme fears and anxiety attack monthly 2 to 3times. Infact I got it few days before also. I do google if I have some mild left shoulder pain or chest pain I start panicking and panic attacks happens to me .How will I get rid of it?My left side became very weak and tremors . After awakening from sleep every morning My pulse rate is between 70 to 88 and my bp stays within 117/78 . All day my pulse rate stays within 77 to 90. Or sometimes when I get more anxious it goes up 95 and  becomes 100+. But Palpitations just making me weak and less energetic. Now after doing small works my whole body shivers feel weak. Specially left side. What test do I need to do to rule out this? Its just 6months before I did most of the test.
