My father is 58 years old. His weight is 79.5 Kg and height approx 170cm. He has High BP , thyroid and sugar. He takes medicines. His other reports are good and very controlled. Not sure of ECG? Anything to worry?

I was reffered to Psychiatrist by Cardiologist at hospital when i was admitted at hospital due to racing heartrate and heart pounding, and Psychiatrist said that I had Panic Attack. Took medications for 2 weeks. Clonazepam 0.25mg and Propranolol 10mg. Had recurrent Panic Attack Symptoms of racing heart rate which is only at night time by 3 am with heavy gas trouble and chest discomfort, almost all day. but heartrate was below 120bpm and when i walk during this time, anxiety and heartrate and heart pounding reduces. 2 days before at night 3 am, i felt something bad is going to happen again and anxiety and fear increased and heartrate also increased. After 5 minutes of walking it reduced and again after 5 minutes, fear started arising that something is going to happen and again heartrate started increasing and not above 120bpm, and hands and legs started shivering. After 1 day i went to take ecg in a private lab. Discharge summary and new ECG is attached. Kindly advice further.

My father was diagnosed with heart attack and now is under medication. Due to the covid situation we had to use all our savings for his angioplasty+ diabetic treatment and now I'm looking for an alternative for medicine Vymada 50mg as it is currently 1100₹ per strip. Any help would be appreciated

Hypertension and under medication telday40 and prolomet xl now under control below 120..resting heart rate 45 to 60 normal heart rate under 100 while work.while driving car under 100 bpm but while driving bike constantly above 120 and reaches upto 160 pl suggest whether its normal.

I checked my pulse and at first it came to 109 and then 97.What can be the cause for this? Any precaution needs to be taken.
