Many times its high BP 150/95 Have headache.. nd high breathing I hv migraine also.. m very much active in daily routine work inspite of heavy weight nd body

I have high BP, which stays below 140/95 without any medications. It was diagnosed 1.5 years ago. Recently for the past 2-3 months my left and middle of chest feel stuffed whenever I feel emotionally stressed. I haven't taken any medications yet for any of these. I am trying to control it with my habits. When I feel calm my BP comes under 135/90.
