  4. Mild discomfort in Chest. Should i do?

Mild discomfort in Chest
Hi, i got ECG test done yesterday as i was feeling slight pain and discomfort. Attached is the graph It says Sinus Bradycardia but i believe that is due to exercise as i workout in the gym. Is the ECG normal? What should I do?
