Can you please check my ecg and advise

My heart rate is very variable. And I have usually a heart rate more than 100. And I get anxious very easily and as I get even a little anxious it jumps to 130-140

Hi I m 26 yr old my triglycerides level is 240, vldl is 48, hdl 42 ,ldl is 89 n sr cholesterol is 180. How can I bring down triglycerides level n should I quit rice for few days???

I was covid positive in July and recovered. However, I have lot of symptoms post that and have not completely recovered. I have chest pain on and off. Since 3 days I have chest pain towards left side and shoulder blade pain towards left and left hand feels heavy with pain in arm pit.. Feels some pressure inside the center of upper chest without pain.. When I bend or do some movements also my chest pains which is bearable.. I also have numbness in head like pins and needles and not painful at those places. At times I get headache.. I did my ecg and 2d echo three months ago and it came normal. However, attaching ecg which I got it done today.

My mother is 50 years old.. Her ecg report is attached with it... Pls tell me, is it ok, or something serious?

I have mild rheumatic heart disease , I have taken Ziblok - 25 mg tablets daily and 1 year before my doctor consult me to stop taking pentid- 400 tablets. I am taking this tablet to above 10 years.

Will my father continue to take medicines like prolomet R25,Ecosprin75,Tonact 40,Aladactone R25  after stent placement 2years ago ..He has no difficulties and pressure is normal

I have done TMT and ECG, ECG is attached for reference. TMT report says "No Ischemia". Still sometimes a feel chest pain which occurs randomly while thinking. I have been prescribed with antacid. How long is TMT valid ?
