Sir i have taken dexa 0.5 mg regular for 2 month in 2015 mistake as precribed by a doctor for weight gain . Now i study the side effect on heart ... My tmt echo ecg is normal sir Is any chance of side effect of dexamethasone on my heart now dsypnea and fatigue is coomon problem to me

My heart is beating fast even when I'm walking or doing some physical work. I can feel it while touching on the left side of my chest and after that I feel dizzyness or sometime like fainting. When I'm sitting it is normal but discomfort near left is still there. Please help what to do

Hello doc, my weight is 83.2kg I have chest tightness from 1 and half year. I went for regular ecg it is always normal and recently 1 month back I done with tmt negative result, 2d echo normal and ecg normal. But regular chest tightness I also consulted gastroenterologist, suggested me to use sompraz 40 for one month I also completed that. Even though chest pain is not going what's the reason behind it. Is it due to vitamin deficiency or anything else??? What to do please help

Sir My heart beat on resting will be 50 to 60 and morning wake up time 48to 53 and chest discomfort some time. 6 months back I ahve checked ecg eho and tmt and also tropinin I and T all the reports were normal. In ecg says Sinus arrthyamiam with sinus bradycardia. Recently I checked endoscopy for gastritis purpose they said I having gerd. Also vitmin b12 and d dificency. Please suggest.

I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary TB with Precarditis. I started my TB Medications. After 3 weeks, during the ECOCARDIOGRAM, I am diagnosed with Constrictive Precarditis. I don't know what should I do... I am really tensed and know this is a serious condition.. Will Constrictive Precarditis go away by continuing TB medicine with Prednisone. I don't want to go for surgery as I already had one before when the liquid was removed from precardium... Please suggest if I can consult a Doctor, I am really concerned please.

Feel very uneasy near heart. Sometimes a slight pain is also there. Echo and ecg report is normal but cholesterol is little bit high. What to do.

I have had heart palpitations episode 6 times in last 6 months, 5 days before I woke up with rapid heart of 159 and I went to do ECG, the report said Synus tachycardia with HR of 139. I consulted cardiologist and he DID ECHO 2d test and my report was normal and he prescribed TAB cardarone 100mg and Petril Bata 10 for 1 month. 2 days before I again woke up with rapid heartbeat it was 125 BPM and I went to do ECG and it was normal. I have done my thyroid profile test and it is also normal. Whenever I am sleeping I can listen my heart pounding loudly that I can count my pulse easily. If I sleep on my chest that the heartbeat starts increasing. It makes me very uncomfortable. Pls suggest what needs to be done in this case. Should I continue with medicine or go for another test.

My total cholesterol 262.. triglycerides 225.. HDL 55  .. LDL 162 .. VLDL 45... Glucose fasting reduced to 105 from 188... Currently taking medicine PLEVENT... I stopped taking sugar control medicine... What to do now ... Please help . I am 31
