Heart Problems & Remedies

I am facing extreme feeling of worry and tension from month of April. Started developing breathing issue that time. I have consulted my gp and done all test thyroid sugar hemoglobin cbc all are normal. Ecg detects sinus arrhythmia. I am now presently on tapering dose of metxl 12.5. once a week after consulting my gp. But my concerned is that I get frequent anxious episodes with sudden high of pulse rate body heat,sweat and tremors body trembling nervousness.Sometimes with headache that I feel my pulse rate on my head too. And my heart pound too fast and left arm shoulder pain ,nausea loss of apetite but I dont feel any severe pain in my chest very rarely I feel some mild pain in chest part dont know may be due to anxiety.I try to free my mind but this thing is just became a part of my health.Not leaving me. So as I have done my ecg on june. Do I need another heart check up? Or it is due to anxiety only?I am very much puzzled with my feelings.

I have left arm pain and left side chest pain since yesterday afternoon..Then in night my lower jaw felt very weird, heavy and pressure then things improved and I went to sleep.Now today afternoon again job issues and is feeling sick and cold.. this Ecg done n sent home.. doc told to do Covid n cbc... Had tmt 2 months ago n echo 3 month ago.. 15 day ecg normal... Left arm pain responds to muscle relaxant... during this ecg was done I was feelin chest pains

I had mild chest pain, left side hand pain (sometimes felling heavy ness), back pain sometimes. I have done 2 times ecg in last two months Both the ecg report are normal. One of my family dr said it is deu to your "IT professional " to sitting prolonged in one position in  front of laptop. Still i have sometimes mild pain in left side chest. What i can do now??

Hi Doctor, Echo showed Concentric LVH (attaching reports) Echo done has had seen high BP in 140/90 ranges. Prescribed Tazloc 20 ( as Tazloc 40 CT caused dizziness) 35 Y Female, is it necessary that other organs should be affected before BP affects heart? ( Like kidney, eyes?) Also nose seems blocked at night on some days from few weeks, is that a symptom of Concentric LVH? How soon is Concentric LVH reversible, is it a possibility of operator related error in the Echo?

Hello doctor, I'm a recovered Covid patient having occasional palpitation for which doctor asked me to get ECG, 2D Echo and 24 hours Holter monitoring to be done. I've completed my ECG and Echo the reports of which I've attached here and today I'm on 24 hours Holter monitoring. My question was while the Holter machine is fitted on my body do I need to stay at home and observe myself or I can continue my regular daily life such as going office, attending meetings, driving,etc. If it's like that I can continue my daily routine, is it mandatory or I can stay back at home as an option?
