My friend take these with doctor prescription he had these tablet from a week but suddenly he got vomit and low bp and again been normal also gets high heart beat after vomit it became normal but heart beat is above normal can u say solution

My son 8 yr old has a heart rate between 88 to 125 during normal activity and sometimes while playing it goes up to 156. Is this normal? He has not complained of any short breath or any uneasiness, he seems active, but sometimes he says his heart is beating fast. When I place my hand in his chest i can feel it too. He is tall and thin built. All other activities are normal. Should I be worried?

For past few months from April l think , l have developed the palpation of heart issue . For few months it was ok but again it started from last week .l have noticed that it starts when l hear bad news or news regarding death of someone due to cardiac arrest or heart attack .I have also consulted cardiologist but he said you are fine and it's because of anxiety disorders .l am also in consultation of pyschatrist but I want some guidance . I saw bad dreams really scary one and my heart beat increase, l feel shortness of breath . My symptoms only trigger when I hear bad news and it remains persistent and l feel uneasy around my heart . I can't explain the feeling but it really seems very bad . In my mind several thoughts regarding heart attack or cardiac arrest came . I am unable to concentrate on my studies and all .My age is 25, male
