Hello doctors I am facing chronic anxiety issue from covid lockdowns with shortness of breathe and improper sleep.I did various test Hemoglobin sugar tsh cbc ecg on june 2020. Everything was normal. Ecg detected Sinus arrhythmia. But still I am facing palpitations extreme fears and anxiety attack monthly 2 to 3times. Infact I got it few days before also. I do google if I have some mild left shoulder pain or chest pain I start panicking and panic attacks happens to me .How will I get rid of it?My left side became very weak and tremors . After awakening from sleep every morning My pulse rate is between 70 to 88 and my bp stays within 117/78 . All day my pulse rate stays within 77 to 90. Or sometimes when I get more anxious it goes up 95 and  becomes 100+. But Palpitations just making me weak and less energetic. Now after doing small works my whole body shivers feel weak. Specially left side. What test do I need to do to rule out this? Its just 6months before I did most of the test.

Report is normal...my hubby's left Arm is paining from last 15 days...pain is tolerable...is everything ohk...plz reply...

Since 1 month my father is facing a problem of panic attack, intolerance towards high noises and volumes in any surrounding. Whenever he faces such things his BP shoots up and reduces his ability of thinking efficiently. It also feels like stopping of heart beat. Usually he takes BP medicines but I think that is not going to help for long. Doctor gave nortriptyline but after intake of just 1 tablet he feels fatigue and little difficulty to stand up properly. I am worried if this medicine is right for him after seeing these symptoms? Please help

My ecg sometimes shows non specific st changes... I had echo also which was normal.. can u explain what are these n why do they occur? I do have symptoms like chest discomfort, left arm pains etc but always told ecg despite dose changes normal... is dere sumthing being missed out?

Mild chest pain sometimes in left side and sometimes in right side. Pain is mild not severe , its like temporary , feeling this pain  from 2 days

Can my mother bear pain of angiogram and stunt in her heart. She is of 60 year old and is fat. Will there be any serious complications during the procedure. Could you please help?

I had palpitation when sleeping so done ecg and it shows as Sinus tachycardia. My bp reading is 140/90 so doctor prescribed medicationto lower my bp. My question was if I start medication for bp should I co Timur for mu whol lifetime? I am 35 years now and worried abt this. Also If bp normalise does the ecg reverse to normal?

Hypertension Olmesartan, Clopidogrel Amlodipine Atorvastatin 20mg continued.Need a second opinion. If any other complications are there.
