Respected Sir, Iam suffering from pressure pain and heaviness in heart from 2 days. Pain is there in left arm, back also sir, I have taken pantop dsr tablets and pain killers. Please help me how to overcome this problem sir. Thank you

Iam taking bp Tablet olmezest h20 . Iam taking bp readings by automated home bp monitor. This is calibrated . Always my first reading is high than second, third and etc.during mu first reading i feel anxious and excited. Which reading should be considered that is first or later readings. Ex 1 Reading 135/80 2 Reading 115/75 3 reading 114/76 . Pls suggest First reading also normal ? Regards.

I have a vsd in heart  around 25.6cm at left to right shunt . My age is 36year old . I have no any symptoms. But some time if something is happening anywhere . Or speech in gathering I feel that my my heart rate increase s . Is thease symptoms due to nervousness or due to vsd. I can run also I can play. My height is 5 feet 10 inch. My weight is 67 kg. Which drug should be given during a heart attack? My parents are suffering from hypertension though stable but still I am worrying about them. They take beta blockers as per doctor's advice but still if there is such a condition like this should I give them sorbitrate ? Basically I am talking about the life saving drugs.
