I have headaches and dizziness while walking my tmt report was normal , mri also normal .. i feel like falling and choking while walking .. also left leg pain and fatigue foot palm pain

Hello, I am 35 yr old male, taking rosuvastatin 5 mg + fenofibrate 145 mg with dinner. Cholesterol is now 100 and triglycerides under 95 - all lipids under control now. But the problem is 2 hours after dinner when I test sugar level it is high 170. When I stop taking Lipirose-F 5/145 , sugar level after dinner comes to 125. What should I do? Please suggest any other medicine in place of Lipirose-F 5.

Hlo I am medical student I get chest pressure and discomfort radiating to left shoulder and arm and sometimes neck It is almost always at exertion and also at rest But it can't be stable angina as pressure doesn't go away at rest n symptoms continues for 3-4 hours... now if it was unstable angina it wud not be lasting so long widout causing any changes in ecg or my heart muscle So what can it be

33years old has gone through angioplasty due to heart attack last year. He is proper medicine till now no complaints yet. I am attaching his ECG done one day before. Is it normal or has some problems.

My mother of 58 years old is having bp 130/80. She is diabetic and rbs is 90. Is it necessary to take bp tablet. Doc prescribed bp tablet for one month and stop them. Her ecg report also there . Is there any heart problem for her? She is having back neck and shoulder pain since 2 days sometimes on breasts(both breasts left and right) which comes and goes. Is there anything serious ?

I am done lipid profile test and it's coming Total chol 200 Hdl 45 Ldl 130 Vldl 25 Tryglyceraides 125 is ther are normol and I am recently recover from covid since oct 6 I tested positive present is ok is it the reports are ok or not after recovery of covidcan effect results of lipid profile

Low hemoglobin previously recorded, orofer xt is continuing. Triolmozest20 and pan40. A peculiar sound in ear and a pressure on chest always sustain. Thyroid was just above border. BP around 140/85. Sometimes 150/85. No appetite. Please help. Should I continue orofer? Should I change triolmozest20? Should I take any liver tonic? Should I continue pan40?

My father is having high BP mostly towards morning with varying reading of 192/110-184/97. We give him telmma 40 to control it. Gradually it lowers down. But he does not feel good.
