Shoulder blade I have a severe pain and as the pain increases I feel the pain on chest (breast, below breast, and center of the chest) and feel hard to breathe. Often heart palpitations and shortness in breathing which leads to dizziness. Do I need to get any test done if so which is required?

My mother underwent CABG surgery but doctor prescribed Tazact 4.5 gm injection. We thought that it is a regular kind of injection only but it has powder in it. We were given this Tazact 4.5 gm powder and a saline bottle (sodium chloride injection IP (0.9% W/V).), syringe. Hello Doctor, whenever i lie down and try to sleep,after some time my heart beat increases and i get sudden single jerk in my shoulder after which heartbeats gets stable but again same cycle repeats, due to this i am unable to sleep properly.
