What can cause low levels of hdl in young males ,my hdl levels were 23mg / dl
Everything else was normal:
Cholesterol:108
Triglyceride:84
Ldl:66
Vldl:16.8
My symptoms were vertigo and high bp (140,60).
Metabolic syndromes (type 2 diabetes, cholesterol ,bp)run in my family.Is it due to my weight:97kgs?

My heart rate is going to 107 in sleep
In my sleep sometimes my heart rate going beyond 100 and below 50. Is it normal. Can I bring it to normal by any natural procedure. In recent check up I have harmonal imbalance and vit d deficiency so am under medication.
