Because I didn't take tablet for 1 day, so next day I was feeling tired and exhausted with bit chest pain

If you are taking it for palpitation anxiety, then stopping ciplar la can cause the same. Long duration consumption can cause withdrawl symptoms. Chest pain is not the symptom you should have on stopping for one day
