From the last 2 years , i sometime feel sharp very short pain in left side of chest. Some time feel the same in right side as well... No hand oain , No swatting ... While lying down my heart rate is 60 to 55. Is it any problem. I have mild pain in both sides of chest. Muscle pain I think.. intermittently I am having this problem. In May I took ECG it was normal. Recently done Chest plain CTC it is normal. Any advice

Hi I am getting last two year for chest pain and chest bone pain that Time I nervase and I will all test done but report is normal.so I am full tense about pain and day wise I am full dull. My uncle has palpitation. He has hot an attack of palpitation about half n hour to 45 min back. BP is normal but pulse was 260. He took isoptin 80 mg. His pulse rate got 210 in 45 min. Can he be given another tablet of isoptin. If yes then how much n when
