My husband 35 age old
Today we tested LIPID PROFILE test
The test values are shown below
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 167
TRIGLYCERIDES 133 mg/dL
HDL CHOLESTEROL 48 mg/dL
NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL 119 mg/dL
LDL CHOLESTEROL 92.4 mg/dL
VLDL CHOLESTEROL 26.6 mg/dL
CHOL / HDL RATIO 3.48
My question is need to increase HDL value? Or 48 is normal?
How to increase hdl value?

HDL is normal , can be increased by good physical activity . No drug is required.
