TMT says no ischemia

I have done TMT and ECG, ECG is attached for reference. TMT report says "No Ischemia". Still sometimes a feel chest pain which occurs randomly while thinking. I have been prescribed with antacid. How long is TMT valid ?

Hyper tension

Iam suffering from anxiety related hyper tension that's why iam using automated bp monitor at home. Always my first reading is high like 140/90, second , third readings are normal like 130/80, 120/75 due to anxiety. Iam taking olmezest h20. Can i continue the tablet or any increase the dose,or change the tablet. Pls suggest. Regards.
