Hi my aunt who is 76 yrs old is diabetic hypertension and cardiac patient she is on medicine doing well
Yesterday she had outside food and is having vomiting motions and nausea
Now her bp is 90/70 and grbs is 90
So what should be given now as saline and tablets can she take pan zofer and oflomac oz
Please suggest and which saline should be given

If she is active and her urine output is good you can give oral fluids - ORS or home made lemonade with salt and little
sugar.
If not intravenous fluid should be cautiously given in a cardiac patient specially if their ejection fraction is low. Take her to a hospital where her fluid therapy can be monitored
