My normal heart beat is more than 100.is that normal or its higher.what can be the reason for that.although have done ecg,echo and 24 hr holter report done last march.what does mild mr suggest in the echo report

Today I have done 2 D ECHO In the report there is mentioning of Mild Concentric LVH and Grade II Diasolitic dysfunction. My Platelets are also low : 120 Kindly advice what to do. What precautions should be done for LVH and lie platates .. I m worry.. it is serious ...???

My duke treadmill score is 10.2 and I achieved 92 percent of my target heart rate 184 . Is there any problem with my heart . Can duke treadmill score increases With Good lifestyle.

Hi Dr I am 40 years old and on BP medicine from last 4 year ( telma 40 and atten 25 both once a day which well tolerated with good control ) off late since last 15-20 days my BP used to be high ( 130-138/ 90-95 ) with symptoms like back pain , heaviness and palpitations The current dr suggest on investigation discontinued old medicine & suggested  telma NB once a day . After taking 6-7 days my bp was controlled but lots of side effects happened like weekness, chest pain ( mild ) , tingling of hand and leg itching with red spot ( severe ) I have discontinued the new medicine ( after 7 days ) and back to old one ( telma 40+ atten 25) .most of symptoms subsidized . Please suggest what to do as my BP is still not very well controlled.

Few days back i had an uneven feeling i was sitting and i felt the flow of my heart and it was not normal,before that i had little chest pain which i had ignored i thought its because of the cold weather and than after since than am getting a feeling of heaviness,its all happening with me for the first time can you all please tell me what is the exact cause?

My blood pressure in supine position is 112-120 systolic and 70-80 diastolic but as I stand up it increases to 140 systolic and 90-95 diastolic ,after 5 min it starts decreasing to 120-128 systolic and 80-90 diastolic. Confused and worried.

What should be the blood pressure range while Standing up From supine position or sitting position...

From the last 4 days I feel uneasiness in left chest as well in hand. I m taking regular bp medicine. Presently taking :- starpress XL 50 morning and eve and Sartal C 40/12.5 in morning Previously 4 month back in test my triglycerides are also increased 265. Cholesterol ranges are in limit. Whenever I take alcohal on next day feel light pain and uneasiness in left chest. Why its happen.. What medicine to take when feel chest pain and uneasiness. Kindly advice pls My BP is in normal range ...

I feel like I am having GERD (as also confirmed by a doctor), so due to acid reflux, I have started experiencing heart burns each night and unable to sleep since last week. But, the pain is not in middle of chest, pain is at very left side below armpit on chest muscles. How do I know if this is really heart burn or symptoms of a cardiac problem? I am a good lover so regularly consume restaurant food (twice a week). And my weight is 103 kgs and live a sedentary life since last many years. moreover I am unable to start excercising as I have ACL/meniscus tear in left knee.
