Hi , i have a doubt ,can anything help me plz .. my father had gone through a bypass surgery one yr ago but he still continues his smoking habit and also he regularily eats his medicines everyday ...actually he is a chainsmoker ...my doubt is what if we continues smoking after a major bypass surgery and eats medicines daily ?

Heart palpitation
Been experiencing heart palpitations at different set of time with a list of variety like throbbing after had dinner/lunch or heart beating faster which is like I run up for 800 mtrs for 7 days. My BP is normal and pulse is in btwn 79-96, keeps on flactuating. I have to breath faster and sit down if I use stairs. Recently I have had an extreme mental pressure for deteriorating health condition of my family members. While throbbing, if I stop breathing in, throbing stops. Is it something dangerous which have been with me? I shall be highly grateful to you who's gonna reply me.. thanks a lot!

Lvef 60% trace normal, post covid ques
Hi all
My lvef was 60% and trace normal while i was hospitalised, its been 2 weeks i am home and recovering from covid, most of my antibiotics are over and right now on jcq plus aspirin and atorvas at night, dr has not said anything but i am paranoid on heart health, as pls recommend as 2d echo was done in hospital and heart was healthy, should i re do 2 d echo every month or is it reauired now, i will join ofc now from 1st january, suffered from pneumonia which is also fine now

Raised heart beats staying in 80 90 100s
Iately feeling fidgety with raised heartbeats. Always in 90s and 100s and 80s last year I was diagnosed with anxiety. I have an ecg from last year and and echo of 2 months back . Was told my echo was normal and my ecg was normal too. I have been feeling like this sick . I am also short of breath but spo2 is always 99 . Please guide me

Chest pain and Breathing Problems,
Cheat pain and breathing problems when brisk waking/climbing stairs.ecg,echo,TMT all normal.taking bp medicines for 1 year(Telma 40mg bd & Concor 5 OD).No diabetes and cholesterol.Thyroid also normal.Currently normal BP. History of GERD and Costochondritis.
If chest pain starts it lasts for 2 days 3 days(Continuous pain).
Normal walking ok upto 10 km per day without breathing problems.
Too much anxiety and unable to concentrate on work. Please advise what to do.
