Sir' I have severe mitral valve stenosis. In Feb 2019 done BMV. afterBMV my valve size 1.8. I am very Anoxis person. And when need valve replacement. And what life expectancy forever this disease

BMV result is good Follow-up echo yearly Don't worry you are fine.

It’s great you underwent BMV, it will benefit you as the size has been increased to 1.8 You need to get Follow up echocardiography every year. Usually there will no need of surgery or valve replacement for Next 8-10 years, rest it depends upon the valve morphology which no one can predict at present. Life expectancy is very good in your case. You don’t need to worry.
