My ecg eport show Normal sinus rhythm Middling left axis deviation What it means Is any problem in my heart ? Shd I go for echo or not My bp is 132 but I feel some thightness in middle of my chest , body pain

Normal sinus rhythm and mild left axis deviation are normal for a healthy person. Tightness in middle of the body is not related to heart most probably.. echo is a non invasive test, so if you are still not satisfied, there is no harm in getting an echo done.
