Hey from 5 days i have chest pain stomach ache and now sometime pain in left hand also come and go away what could it be chest pain also comes and goes i had an old ecg report 2 months ago which was normal what could it be ?

My heart rate is in range 110 to 120 throughout the day. I have headache in morning ani body pain at night.

I have arm pain first it was in left arm now i have pain in right arm also slight centre chest pain did ecg and echo and blood test thyroid test 4 days back all came back normal doctor said its anxiety because my heart was high during ecg it was 130/m bp was 150/80i have cardiophbia from many months now symptoms have become worse doctor gave me betanol tr 40 sometimes pain gets worse in arms then goes away and comes back pain feels like pins and needles sometimes like cramps

I am having continuous mild pain in left side of chest - just above my left breast. It's a nagging pain. I had similar pain in April this year . Did echo ecg etc . Reports were all normal. I suffer from continuous stress and anxiety , I'm not obese neither do I have sugar pressure . Please help

I'm 32 years old , I went to lipid profile test attached the reports .Please suggest me diet for the same.

Yesterday I did some preventive health check up test ,in every 6 month I repeat these test , but I went to the pathology lab just after having lunch , my triglycerides level came to 310 ,should I repeat the test and fasting required or not
