After taking covishield vaccine second dose my daughter is experiencing slight chest pain today.She did not take water for a long time.Her b.P is good.What to do?I am panicking.

I feel blocked in chest in middle of chest or in centre . I feel like something is blocked. Before some days pain was there but now no pain. When I lay down I feel like some what light pressure in middle of chest. And discomfort in left breast like something is blocked but I don't know where What It can be ? Can It be blood clot in lungs or pulmonary embolism ?? Or myocarditis? If I do exercise or long breath is doesn't effect my chest . But when I lay down sometime I feel pressure lite pressure or fullness blocked feelings

While walking my heart rate goes up to 117 is it normal ?? Only walking this much and ya I measure it by camera by an app on playstore. By putting index finger on camera ?? Do this app detect true heart rates ???

From few days, I am having dizziness in office but same is normal at home. At doctor's office my BP comes 140/90 but at home my BP is always around 120/85. I have already done ABPM, reports are enclosed herewith. Pls suggest, should I take BP medicine or is this just bocz of anxiety???

My body vibrates whole day, it is not when I am lying on bed or sleeping. My pulse rate is so high that I can hear it without any concentration. Sometimes my heart also pains so much that is unbearable sometimes.
