I was suddenly scared to talk on phone I was getting inner fear so I had to cut the phone it lasted around 1 min I was having continuous fear and my heart rate also jumped to 95 will it affect heart or something else.I was unable to drink water even for 30 sec I was having too much fear my face had been red. Pls urgent answer pls sudden anxiety happened.Just answer me will it affect or not. Pls answer urgent

Hello sir, I see many people are passing away while working out in the gym due to cardiac arrest and other heart related ailments. I do workout at home with weights and also weekly once high intensity workout. Now my family members are worried about my workouts. I seriously enjoy working out and it has become a ritual. If I don't do workout for a week, my body tends to gain weight faster than usual.. Concerned about my family's concern now... Need your advice on what sort of precautions I should be taking.. I workout 6 days a week. Focusing each muscle groups on each day. On Thursday's I focus on hiit. Once a week or month I take alcohol. Apart from that I don't have any other habits. Please advice..
