Dear sir few days before left chest pain I intake telma am but bp is minor high doctor change medicine teleplus 40/10 mg, I intake this medicine minor swelling in both enkels all report is ok please suggest why resion

Teleplus has cilnidipine, it can cause lower limb swelling
