Iam pavithra A recently i got sever wet cough after tat i got single point pain in right upper side cheast pain. And also my iam very fat my weight is 95kgs So please kindly suggest what type of test i have to take.

Is it a reason to worry? Overall cholesterol is 185 but triglycerides are high. Any possible ways to reduce it naturally or a medicine is recommended.

My father had MI in 2010 post which he got 3 stents. The ECHO done in Feb 2021 showed LVEF 25-30% with other parameters normal. He has DM-2, Hypertension, CKD Stage 3, Creatnine 1.7 mg/dl. He was put on carvedilol 3.125, nitrocontin 2.6, torsemide 10, ecospirin av gold 20, Gliclzide 60 MR OD. According to today's ECHO, the LVEF has not improved. The report is same as previous. The cardiologist has suggested Sacutan-50 BD to added in the existing medicines. His potassium level is 4.8. Considering his CKD issue, should we give him Sacutan-50. Please suggest.

Ecg and echo done in July all came normal It was done because I was having mild pain here and there in chest and back... It started again little mild pain in back and sometimes in chest and it stays there for long should I repeat the test of ecg and echo and how often should it be done... I'm a footballer and do extensive training.

My father got three stents in 2010 post MI. He has been taking atorvaststin-20, aspirin-75 and clopidrogel-75 since then. His platelet count is 1L and Hb is 11.4. Should we continue the dual anti platelets therapy considering the low platelets count? He also has heart failure and CKD along with diabetes.

I had done my tmt two times it was normal ecg is normal and echo is also normal but yesterday when I ate clonazepam for anxiety my heart started beating fast but when I sleep it's around 60bpm when I do any other thing it's around 85_90 from yesterday is it anxiety or tmt is required again or something.what can be done?
