Left to right flow seen across foramenMale, 3My 20 days of baby diagnosed with pneumonia and some cardiac issue as per below 2 D echo report Left to right flow seen across foramen ovale with 16 MM of HG peak gradient s/o PFO and in the 2 echo it is found that kid has below problem. ACHD( MODERATE VSD, PFO, DILATED LA/LV) Cxr- Cardiomegaly, infiltrate/I Please help us in this to understand the situation and critical ness if any Kindly refer to the full diagnosed echo report.
