Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi Sir, I am 32 year old male, I went for general health check up today. 2d echo report says Grade 1 LV Diastolic Dysfunction and sinus Tachycardia.. Normal Values and Chambers, No LV RWMA, trival MR+/TR+, Normal LV/RV systolic function, No P.E/Clot/Vegetation.. My ecg pulse before thread mill test is 114 & BP is 110/70. After thread mill test pulse is 136. Bp is 130/80. LVEf - 62%.  TSH - 1.73 MIU/L, HBA1C test - 5.4%, fasting sugar - 107 mg/dl. Ultra sound is no obvious abnormalities seen. Went to Cardiologist he is saying reports are okay..  No need to worry about grade 1 LV Diastolic Dysfunction and not even suggested any medication.. Is this a serious issue which causes any issues in future to me ????? Please see attached reports and provide your suggestions.. Till now I don't have BP, dibeties, heart.. I am not a smoker and not alocholic..

Hi , I was tested covid positive last 6 months back and these days I am experiencing chest pain  sometime in right and left side . I had done eco and 2d echo in last week n all reports are normal . doctor told me that might be muscle pain but I am experiencing such pain since 1 month. Any suggestion on this.

Bp -73/120 Medications for hypertension (telmisartan+hydrochlorothiazide (40mg+12.5mg) going on from last one month.Treatment for osteophytic lipping in lower cervical vertebrae going on after severe episode of vertigo 6 months ago. X ray report-osteophytic lipping in lower cervical vertebrae CT scan - no abnormalities detected Today pulse rate is 111.Feeling nausea and unwell.Weakness in legs.Please suggest how to lower pulse rate ???Can it cause heart attack ?

I m 32years old..I had moderate Covid with cough and breathlessness...I took inhaler for tht...along with medicines...after recovering from it I donot know why I can't sleep at night most of the nights bcoz of the hot flashes in the middle of my chest and seems like l m being anxious..evry time I try to sleep I get shocked and get up..what could be the reason..pls answer

Hello doctor, I'm getting pinch kind pain in back and side chest and middle chest. Feeling like gastric in stomach. Yesterday I went to clinic doctor gave me rantac injection and Himalaya digestive syrup, and 2 other tablet for gastric. Please suggest.

Since last year I got on off polyuria problem( clear diluted urine) every time. My all minor to major reports are normal except tachycardia ( 100-125/130) sometimes. During tachycardia, I always face continuely 5-6 Clear dilute urine... Urine system became normal at 75 heart beat It's on off problem... Now started again I always ignored tachycardia Does it really cause clear dilute urine? Because rest everything is normal no hormonal problem Kidney function normal everytime Sugar fasting 78 A1c - 5.4 After food sugar banana n juice - 110 Is it anxiety induced tachycardia or tachycardia related urine problem?

What does cholesterol mean. I mean to say if it is in limits that it means there is no blokage in artries. Wheather cholesterol level shows bkokage in artries. And if it is in limit or in level it means bkockage is normal.am I right ???
