Hi, my nephew is 10 yrs old from Mauritius. He is having chest pain from past 6 months, also having  stomach ache , sudden fast heart beat and heart pain.Checked with the Dr. They said it's inflammation. Done with chest x-ray, it's showing normal. Attaching his report. please guide.

My BP has been consistently high at 150/100 since last year because of anxiety issues (As Lipid profile, Diabete, KFT, etc. came normal, previous year as well as this year). So no medications being taken. I've read prolonged high BP leads to complications, what period is considered medically "prolonged" for high BP???

I went to Lab for lipid profile testing just after having lunch ,my triglycerides level came to 310, I am taking propanolol from last one month for migraine, it could be due medicine or not

My mom had throat problem after eating mucus blocking in throat before 1 month back so i take her to hospital doctor prescribed tab.Nexpro 40mg and cetirizine for 10 days that time bp was 160/100. After 10 days we went that time also bp was 150/100 so he prescribed bp tab.amlodipine she is taking now.. Last 4 days she is having left hand pain, left back chest tightness so today I took her for ecg. Doctor told ecg is normal he gave tab. Paracetamol 650. But still she is having pain what is the cause sir/madam?

Is it Normal for the heart rate to go below 50 during deep sleep? My heart rate during sleep goes down to around 45 and in general is around 55 at rest. Is this normal?

For sometime (3to4 month) I am facing tightness in left side of chest it comes and goes other then that I am also facing breathing difficulty,I went for tmt EKG and echocardiogram but all three reports are normal,what could be the reason and what else test should be done to make sure it is not related to any cardiovascular issue. While running or working I don't have any pain or discomfort.

Pressure us 110/80 and heart rate while rest is going 102 Its been more than an hour after excercise but still its 102 actually i am constantly measuring heart rate what to do pls suggest urgent
