Ldl 92 hdl 45 total cholesterol 145 is it normal how to decrease ldl and total cholestrol I had never seen my cholestrol level up than 130 and ldl level also up than 47.

Had chest discomfort  lasting for about 4-5 minutes three or four times yesterday. The left hand and jaw area was also having mild pain. Today no issues. However I have taken an ECG which is provided here. Blood pressure is 150/100 in manual mercury machine.Any abnormality in ECG? Taking Corbis 5 for hypertension at night. The home digital BP monitor is indicating Arrhythmia sign while taking reading.
