Hi sir
Recently we are playing cricket and suddenly one of my frnd aged 28yrs feeling chest pain and collapsed and he died . And we don't know what happened exactly and we all are in trans state and we are fearing a lot to play cricket again and we are in constant fear since then
Please help me what happened to his as he was very thin and with good physique

SCD - Sudden cardiac death is what your friend suffered. It has a plethora of causes right from congenital to genetic and acquired.
For the same reason it is advised to Get a annual health check up done so anything abnormal can be picked up early and such mishaps can be avoided

It is not possible to tell exactly what happened without knowing further details. It is called as sudden cardiac death. It is not necessarily heart attack. There are some valve diseases or genetic diseases which can l3ad to such sudden deaths
