The risk for a coronary artery disease after these tests coming out normal are very low However the overall risks depends on age sex other co morbidities and other factors A negative stress test doesn't rule out a coronary artery disease completely CAG is the gold standard test to rule out coronary artery disease However it is not always recommended as it's an invasive test and has possible complications involved A stress test is something which helps to rule out coronary artery disease with some certainty
