My ldl is 92 hdl is 44 cholestrol is 145 Last month ldl was 47 cholestrol was 10w and hdl 38 my weight is also just 62 what to eat and what to do to lower it fast I regularly go to gym what can be done more pls answer

There is a left pain in my left hand which comes and goes. Also, ECG is done which is normal. Full body check done in last week oo September which was also normal except vitamin D and b12 deficiency and low haemoglobin. Also, there is a tightness on the left side of chest near shoulder. Please help. As I was suffering from acidity as well from May to August. Is this acidity or heart problem. 😔😔 I am taking Ambulax and serlift medicine half a day as well.
