If I am having severe chest pain n arm pain but the ecg is normal during pain episodes does that mean it's not heart related? I went to ER in morning But during that time the symptoms are not bad But during evening the pain radiating to the left home so I again had to go to ER this time also it was completely normal. Due to my young age they did not advise any enzyme test
