Ecg- Lvh with lvstrain frequently vpcs, talking medicine of Met Xl 50 and Cordarone 200, still have the extra beats in heart for last 6 days. Should i admit to hospital ?

Have been experiencing mild pricking chest pain now and then, no other problems as such. Attached is the echo report..kindly advise..

My Bp is in 110/80 range when i am lying down and when i sit up its 135/100 range . I am taking telma 40 at the moment . Do i need to change my dose again ? Is bp lying down better indication or sitting up ?

My mom is 79 years old. As per doctor prescription she took Cilacer T last 3 weeks. Before she took Telvas beta 50 by previous doctor. We went a new doctor and doctor prescribed Cilacer T. After 3 weeks my mom's both legs have swelling and reddish. It's look horrible. We need to change immediately that medicine. I have contact with doctor and doctor prescribed another medicine name Dytor 5 mg. I am very nervous. So, I called another doctor and he said to give her CTD O (12.5mg. 40 mg). I can't take decision because CTD O(12.5mg 40mg not available. So, now what I have to do now doctor?

Sometimes while sitting or laying or exercising i feel like sudden hollow in uppwr chest and i feel likw something is blocking so i burp. I also have heart anxiety so i did echo and ecg and were normal. My heart rate at resting remain 50-60 but while exercising goes to 130 and i hear pounding. Then it goes away. Also i feel thi tingling type tightness in lower jaw to neck and upper chest. Is this muscoskeletal. Cause i have back and shoulder pain sue to spomdolytis. My echo and ecg normal 3 months back.

I was having interview I got nervous and suddenly after it my right side underarm pain started with right side corner chest pain it was like burning type heart rate was 71bpm during that time pls answer urgent muscoskeletal or something else?

By birth he is having bicuspid arotic valve issue. But he don't have any symptoms of this. He is fit for work. Also he is doing jobs.He got job in abroad, also he is going to work in offshore. Before going offshore They are taking medical to know the status of our body. Is there any problem with this by birth issue. The consulting doctor will make any issue with this .matter. He is carrying medical certificate From his doctor who is looking after him from his child hood. If any objection came, this certificate is valid or what we will do
