Its report of my grandfather. He is admitted in hospital currently. One day he suddenly felt breathless and wen we took him to doctor his bp was 210/90 but eventually he got well and when we took him home again in night he got high fever with cold chills again we took him to hospital and this is his 2d echo report

Fever is a seperate illness. Get him treated for fever after consulting a doctor.
Echo report shows his heart function is reduced. You need to discuss in person with a doctor for the possible treatments.
