Heart Problems & Remedies

During summer 140 and in winter I have about 150 systolic blood pressure, without taking any medicine. Now I'm taking Tab. Eslo -5 and blood pressure is maintained 130 in winter. Sir plz advice should I continue the medicine to control BP. OR should live  with 140 and 150 BP for avoiding medicine resistance.

Feeling palpitations- as if heart beating funnily- fluttering and with heavy pound.. but heart rate is perfect n sounds regular like thump thump - 72/73... I thought palpiations occur when ur heart beats fast?? Cud it be gas issue like gas trapping in diaphragm area??? Ecg echo done 3-4 month ago normal

I am having severe chest pain which increases and decreases timely. My all tests are normal including blood tests ultrasound ECG. I have been taking gastric medicines for 1 month. O felt relieved for few days and after that it has again started paining more. What can I do for this??

Respected Doctors, I was having a little pinching issues on left side, my doctor has suggested me to have 2d Echo and Ecg, now they says it's normal, but nowadays I am facing breathing issue,I don't know where the problem is, can someone please give me the second opinion,I am attaching the 2d echo and ecg reports. My mother is suffering from hypertension since last 8 years. Recently she has cough and cold, So she is advised to take Azithromycin 500 for five days. Is it safe to take Azithromycin with blood pressure medicines?

My all basic reports are fine even cortisol,  ACTH n all rare things in body , Brain MRI too.. ... Except my resting heart rate 100-130  ( but Didn't check ECG n ECHO) ...during fast heart beat timing 4-5 hours, I have polyuria symptoms ( fully diluted urine plain water excess) ..., Doctor prescribed ciplar LA 40mg ...i'm taking it since 5 Nov... Now, My resting heart rate is within 70-90. And polyuria is controlled n more concentrated urine... General Doctors didn't know the connection of urination and high heart rate... Is it linked? Since last 2 years, I'm having palpitations and transient jerks for 2 to 3 seconds in my chest which occurs every now & then but theres no fixed time when this jerk happens. Feel very awkward when this jerk occurs. I feel as if my heart has stopped for those seconds. I exercise regularly. But I dont feel any pain in my chest. My ECG, 2D ECHO, HOLTER ECG all reports are normal. I want to know the following:- 1. If I'm a patient having any cardiac blockage. 2. If these jerks are signs and symptoms of possibility of cardiac arrest or any other serious cardiac diseases. 3. If none of the above, then what is causing these transient jerks and palpitations in my chest?

I was drinking water then I was thinking of some thing else suddenly I felt something was stuck.in throat when water was in mouth it wasnt going inside for 4 to 5 sec anxiety choke it was feeling like I was choking and heartbeat also went fast will it affect something heart or something else after that I checked my bpm its 70 pls answer urgent Urgent answer pls

I am having higher heart rate since 4-5 days. It is giving nervous feeling and chest pain. Same were happened 2 years back. I did all tests (ECG, 2D ECHO etc); but we didn't find any abnormality. It is happening again. Please suggest solution/consult me for treatment.

Is it possible to have a pnumothorax without surgical emphesema, rib fractures or lung contusions ...
