Blood pressure high from some days
I have blood pressure fluctuating between 130 to 170 now from yesterday it is now between from 140 to 156 . And I want to know my dystolic pressure remains always high above 90 to 110 . I have done ECG yesterday it is normal my TMT is also normal which is done last month . I have history of anxiety , i am also on madication of anxiety . But in anxiety also my bp always remains normal but ,from last 4 -5 days it is high what can be the reason . What will i do . And also suggest why my dystolic pressure alsway remains high around 90 to 110 . Please suggest. Attach is my ECG and Tmt report . I have mild chest pain some times . Please suggest.

You need medicines for BP if these are the readings. There is no reason for high BP its a genetic thing.

You need proper adjustment of antihypertensive medications as BP is quite high. ECG is ok. But u also need Echocardiogram and few other investigations.

Reports are normal Maintain a BP record Reduce salt in diet Daily exercise & avoid stress/anxiety If Bp still remains above 150/100 than BP medications are required
