Hello Doctors,
My father (age 59) was complaining of occasional chest pain for some time now, specially while doing some exercises. He went for echo cardiography and ecg and the reports suggests "regional wall motion abnormality with mild left ventricular systolic dysfunction".
Could you please advise what does that mean and what should be our next steps for treatment.
Please find reports attached.
Thanks.
