I have tested myself by echo. And it shows tricuspid valve thickening at morphology. How can i overcome it. Please suggests

If there is no tricuspid regurgitation (i. E. more than mild grade) than nothing to worry
Follow up with Annual 2d echocardiography

Most common reason for thickened tricuspid valve is rheumatic heart disease. Please consult . If it's rheumatic heart disease, you need to take tablets.
