Heart Problems & Remedies

When I wake up in the morning or Resting or Lying in the bed whole body become vibrate and my BPM very fast and heart sound like anybody used hammer in my body .. what Can I do ??

Attached my 2d echo report.. bp before and after thread mill is normal.. heart rate before  tmt is 114 and 205 BPM.... Is it serious... Tmt was 7 mins TSH and blood urine report normal fast blood sugar is normal... 205 is serious ?? Please advise

What are the major risk factors heart disease. ? Iam 24 years old, with normal bp,normal sugar, normal cholesterol, no family history of heart disease... I done ECG, ECho, TMT... Everything negative... Present i have gastric ulcer and GERD, having sharp pain in chest and left hand pain.. and always feeling dizziness, mild breathing difficult... Can i worry about my heart health..?.. what is reason for dizziness and breathing discomfort

Hi. I have 3.5 years kid. When we go for a checkup doctor said he had  heart murmur. Immediately we have done echo screening and that doctor said that he doesn't have any asd. It's innocent murmur and it's harmless. It's gone while he is getting older.in echo he had ef 78%.is that ef % is OK or any problem? Innocent murmur is dangerous? Plz tell me

I Am recently done body check in that report it shows (sinus tachycardia nonspecific st abnormality) , so what is the reason and how it cure so please suggest me medicine and I have hypertension problem my bp 160/100 so please suggest how to cure the problem.
