My Mother , aged 72 is feeling vertigo (for 2-5 sec) when she is ling down on bed and keeping her head straight (chin up). This is only one position where she is feeling vertigo. She has hypertension also. For last one month she was almost on bed as had back pain (on right hip) and taking physio help. Sine last 2-3 days she started walking and carrying out routine activity normally. Medical History : Asthma She had cold also for last 3 days. Please suggest.

Hello Doctor. What is Sinus tychardia? Few days back I have my check my ecg in hospital. My ecg report says I have sinus tychardia with 115 high rate and BP 155/90 and when I return home I feel normal. My heart rate was 68 to 73 and BP was 110/60 , 120/66. Why my BP and ECG changes in hospital? and when I check my heart rate, BP, oxygen level it is normal?

Hi, from 4 to 5 days I am experiencing an extremely fast heart rate while resting. I don't do any exercise for a few months. I can feel the heart rate beating very fast all over the body. Heartbeat is maximum at night. When I measured it showed 103 bpm. Sometimes 95 bpm but the range is always above 90 even when sitting. I make sure I am well hydrated and I have no anxiety. even got chest pain that feels like the pain someone gets when pressing a bone. What tests should I do? Fast heart rate is becoming unbearable. Please help.

Dr, My mother is 45 years old. Her over all cholesterol levels is 243 & LDL cholesterol level lies in 140-159 something. Did this means she has blocks in heart? She faces no other health issues. But becomes fatigue at sometimes and at rate times she says she has chest pains. And also she snores while sleeping! While noticing her snoring I felt she is facing difficulty. Can you give me a proper guidance. I hope rather than a customer service you would give a genuine guidance for this query!

Hello! 3 weeks back I had breathlessness and relatively higher BP (140/106). I did an ECG & Echo. ECG had very mild variations as mentioned by the doctor and Echo report says mild LVH. BP subsequently was 150/100 on the same day. I was kept on observation for 4hrs and discharged with bp medicine (5mg) for a month. I didn't take the medicine and choose to observe my bp instead as I was afraid of habit formation. I've been checking my bp regularly these days and it is in the range of 128/87 to 130/90. One off case of 138/90. Can I continue to skip my medicine and focus on lifestyle changes instead or am i making a mistake by skipping the medicines. Kindly advise.
