Chest heaviness, palpitations
Hi doctor i am male of 27 years i have a family history of heart problems, I smoke daily, Drink daily, I done my Tests done Lipid profile : LDL high, TG high, Hscrp High, Lp(a) High, 4 months ago i saw a cardiologist he suggested ECG and Stress ECHO both was normal,also i have bronchitis frequently, from last few days i had cold and allergy i am feeling a pressure in middle of chest, and problem in breathing along with diziness while walking from last 3-4 days and a dragging sensation on left front shoulder, Can this be heart related ? Again Done ECG It came normal as per ecg machine interpretation. It feels a pressure in throat and chest with palpitation and anxiety.

Since your stress echo is normal heart problem is ruled out. Your symptoms are more anxiety related. No need to do any tests for heart. But you need lifestyle changes
