Got dizziness and fatigue during walking
For last 1 year, i having fear of heart attack.. i did 2 ecg, 2 echo, 2 chest xray and 1 tmt.. All are normal..and all blood test was normal. My BP is around 150/100 and total cholesterol 190+ and LdL is 140.. my weight is 109 and height 5.11 Non smoker and alcoholic and no family history. Symptoms: heart palpitation occasionally, dizziness and fatigue during walking and even sometimes in rest. Pin point pain in chest, fluttering in left chest and biceps. Please advise on my worry. Currently talking seloken xl 25mg for BO control. Even all the reports were normal still i have fear. Recently getting dizziness and fatigue make me fear more heart attack. What is the problem and what will i do?

Your symptoms are not heart related. You have anxiety. Your reports are also normal. There is nothing to worry. Just continue regular exercise, weight reduction and lifestyle changes.

Don't worry. All the heart investigations were normal. Continue medicine for BP. Pain is not related to heart.
