Fear of heart rate
Hi all I am writing this in view of an issue I have been facing now since a month.I was diagnosed with high bp  a month ago and started medications for the same.now somewhere in between I stopped the medication for 4 days thinking bp is normal and then the bp shot up along with high heart rate.then the doctor advised me to continue with bp medicine and not stop it along with another tablet for increased pulse now Iam taking both tablets daily but sometimes when I go for walk without taking pulse tablet the pulse rate increases like anything say around 115-120.what could be the reason? My ecg is normal.could it be some thyroid issue? Or am I fearing too much?

Sudden stoppage of medication can increase the heart rate. Anxiety could have factored in further. Please do not experiment with yourself and follow the doctor's advice.
