Cardiac arrest at young age
Why recently so many youngsters both male and female below 30 years are getting cardiac arrest . What are the reasons behind it and how to prevent ourselves from getting cardiac arrest . I have done my 2d echo and it is normal still should I fear about it

Cardiac arrest does not mean heart attack everytime. There are many conditions causing sudden death. It was always there it is being highlighted now a days. To keep healthy heart you need a good lifestyle along with yearly checkup

Cardiac arrest is due various reasons and it varies with age. The causes are inherent heart defects, genetic abnormalities, coronary artery disease ( blocks) ,etc.
Get a cardiac check up with ECG, ECHO and Treadmill test.
If everything is fine no need to worry.
More importantly follow regular aerobic exercise and eat healthy diet .
