Namaste Doctor, Few days back, my father saw his blood pressure which was around 150/90 and mostly, it stays near 140/85. He had consulted a doctor and got advised for Echocardiogram. I saw in it's impression, it was written "Concentric LVH". He has GERD issues. His lipid profile report- S. Cholesterol- 175 (15-220) S. Triglycerides- 152 (50-150) S.HDL Cholesterol- 43 (30-95) S. LDL cholesterol- 102 (7-110) S. VLDL - 30 (<150) HBA1C- 6.1% I am worried about "Concentric LVH". Could you please let me know what it is and is there any complications related to this ? I have attached pics of "echocardiogram" along with this. Please go through it. Thank you.

Hi doctor , my lipid profile test, total cholesterol 213, LDL cholesterol 138.4 Hdl cholesterol 38 Vldl 36.6 Tryglyceride 183 Are these reading are ok or I should worry for heart desiease. My sugar is 112 and bp 120/85 My physician gave me roliptin 5 for 3 month to reduce the cholestrol shall I start medicine or only exercise and diet change will make my reading normal ?? Sharp pain in left chest and opposite back .. Pain like sharp needle pain.. It worse while moving left hand.. But it comes and goes.. It last for 5 to 10 sec.. Hello doctor, my age is 34 years (male) I have been feeling weird sensation on left side of my chest since 1 week, there is no pain. It usually comes at evening and night. I do exercise or jogging 40 min/day, sensation is not affecting, and absolutely no sensation in the morning. I did detailed blood test, everything is normal. Only problem is my HDL is low (30 mg/dl) and overall cholesterol is at 160. I'm overweight. No acidity/gastric, bowel movements are normal. Kindly advise.
