  4. Urgent burn check pls. What should i do?

Urgent burn check pls
Hi I am having a burning feeling on the left side of chest and armpit from a few days. Sometimes its continuous throughout the day , sometimes its just in the morning and at night. I also feel a bit strained there especially when I lift something. My ecg and chest xray are normal. Can someone help on what could be the reason of this discomfort and what should I do? Urgent answer pls
