Heart tired
I feel as if heart is tired and suffocated.... I can't stand or do any activity without feeling weary and tired. My heart rate shoots up easily
I just had 2 sandwiches n now I feel increased palpiations... As of heart sinking down to stomach
I had echo in October where my ef was 60% n everything was normal..
Cardiologist has recommended vitamin d shots n some multivitamin.. I wanted repeat echo done as I need to go for wedding for 10/15 days n wanted peace of mind but doctor said no need to repeat so early
Plz tell me what shud I do now?

Its not heart only for the feeling of tired and suffocated. If ecg and echo are normal heart is ok.
