Dizziness with low BP reading
My sister aged 39 is having dizziness and light headness when lying down and turning head or after getting getting up from lying position and sitting especially during morning time ...we measured her BP in sitting it was 124/75, in supine it was around 110/70 how ever when lying one sided(left lateral) it was in low range like 75/40... is this low BP in one sided position alone causing this Dizziness...

Blood pressures are ok. Need further evaluation for dizziness and light headedness
